Job Details

The Pennington Square Assisted Living Director will be responsible for providing leadership for a respected senior living community in operational management and long-term census growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct responsibility for the financial management and regulatory compliance of the community.
  • Direct responsibility for hiring, training, and supervising your team.
  • Lead the Sales and Marketing process in order to meet occupancy and revenue targets. This includes lead follow-up and providing tours.
  • Ensure outstanding attention to detail in tenants’ care.
  • Positive engagement of tenants, family, and team members.
  • Complete daily rounds of your building and notify appropriate departments of problems.

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about working with older adults.
  • AL Manager Certification or willingness to attain one within 1 year of employment.
  • Prior experience within the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Previous sales or business development experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Assisted Living Manager Certification or willingness to attain one within 1 year of employment.

LPN or RN preferred, High school diploma and will participate in continuing education.
