Happy November everyone!

We will once again be distributing our Resident and Family Satisfaction Surveys throughout this month. These surveys are used to help us gather data that will enable us to identify areas in which we may be able to improve our service to you. We also wish to receive any positive feedback you feel would be helpful. Without your feedback, we are unable to make changes where needed or to encourage the things we are already doing well.  I encourage you all to fill out the survey and mail it back in the self-addressed, stamped envelope.
