A Note from the Administrator

I am very excited to announce that Cassandra Wood has added Social Worker to her job title! Cassandra has worked at Monticello Nursing and Rehab since 2016 as our Administrative Assistant. She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Upper Iowa University in December of 2017. While working at Monticello Nursing and Rehab, she has gained experience that we feel will be perfect for her new added role. Please welcome us in congratulating Cassandra on becoming our staff Social Worker. She will be a great asset to the residents and families of MNRC.

On another note, you will be receiving resident and family satisfaction surveys in November. I highly encourage everyone to fill out a survey and return it as soon as you are able. The surveys are important, so we can gather feedback on how we are doing. If you have questions, feel free to contact me.
