Spicy Asian Noodles
¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
2 teaspoon Dry Sherry Wine
1 teaspoon Red Wine Vinegar
½ teaspoon Chili Garlic Sauce
½ cup Sugar
1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
½ Pound Spaghetti
4 Chicken Breast cooked diced
Fill a pot with water and set over high heat. While water is coming to a boil whisk first seven ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
When water comes to a boil drop spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add the sauce mixture to pan. Add cooked chicken and continue to warm.
When spaghetti is done drain and add to pan with sauce and chicken turn up heat to high and bring mixture to a boil. Lightly tossing chicken sauce and pasta together.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
